Copper strip is a kind of metal component, the product specification is 0.1-3 & times; 50 ~ 250mm copper strip products in various states. Copper rolled products with a thickness of 0.06-1.5mm are called copper strip. At present, the maximum thickness of the strip is 2mm and the maximum width is 600mm. The length of the strip is generally only the minimum length according to the standard, and it is supplied in coils. The professional uses of the copper strip are different due to the different materials of the copper strip. The professional uses of the common grades of copper strip are as follows.

Copper ribbon

T2 and T3: they have good conductivity, heat conduction, corrosion resistance and processing performance, and are commonly used as conductive, heat conduction and corrosion-resistant materials. Compared with T1 and T2, they contain more impurities that reduce conductivity and heat conduction, and have higher oxygen content. They are only used as general copper materials, such as electrical switches, pads, nails, oil pipes and other pipes.

TP1 and TP2: with good welding and cold bending performance, they can be processed and used in a reducing environment. They are mainly supplied by pipes and occasionally by rods, plates, belts and lines. They are mainly used to manufacture various conveying pipes, condensing pipes, evaporators and heat exchangers.

TU2: with high purity, excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity, it is mainly used as electric vacuum instruments, meters and equipment.

Tag0.1: it has good wear resistance, electrical contact and corrosion resistance.

Ordinary brass tape

H96: low strength, thermal conductivity and good conductivity.

H90: similar to H96 in performance, slightly higher in strength, can be plated with metal, various water supply and drainage pipes, bimetallic plates, medals, artworks, etc.

H85: high strength, good plasticity, suitable for cold and hot processing, good weldability and corrosion resistance, condensation and heat dissipation pipes, serpentine pipes, siphons, cooling equipment parts.

H80: similar to h85 in performance, it has high strength, good plasticity and high corrosion resistance. It is used for thin-wall pipe, corrugated pipe paper network and house building supplies.

H70: excellent plasticity, high strength, good machinability, welding, good corrosion resistance, heat exchanger, paper pipe, mechanical and electronic parts.

H68 and H68A: the performance is very similar to that of H70, but there is a tendency of "seasonal cracking" during cold work. Complex cold drawn parts and deep drawn parts, such as bellows.

H65: it has good mechanical properties and can withstand cold and hot processing. It is used for making hardware, daily necessities, screws and other products.

H63 and H62: have good mechanical properties, good plasticity under hot state, good cutting property, good weldability and corrosion resistance, and various deep stretching and bending stress-bearing parts, such as pins, nuts, barometer springs, heat dissipation and ring parts.

Lead brass tape

Hpb59: it is a kind of widely used lead brass, with good mechanical properties and good machinability. It can withstand cold and hot pressure processing. It is suitable for various structural parts such as gaskets and bushes in cutting and stamping processing.

Hpb63-3: excellent cutting performance, high friction reduction performance, clock and watch structural parts and automobile and tractor parts.

Hpb63-0.1: slightly poor machinability, structural parts.

Hpb60-1: structural parts with good machinability, high strength and high strength.

HPb59-1: it is a widely used lead brass with good mechanical properties and good machinability. It can withstand cold and hot pressure processing. It is used for various structural parts such as gaskets and bushes in cutting and stamping processing.

Tin brass tape

HSn70-1: it has high corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, and good pressure processability in cold and hot states. It can be used for corrosion-resistant parts on ships and parts and pipes in contact with steam, oil and other media.

Hsn60-1: good mechanical properties and machinability, commonly known as naval brass ship parts or other parts in contact with seawater.

Hsn90-1: with high corrosion resistance and antifriction, it is the only tin bronze that can be used as antifriction alloy. It is used as corrosion-resistant and antifriction parts such as bushings.

Aluminum brass strip

HAl77-2: high strength, high hardness, good plasticity, good corrosion resistance in seawater, but with corrosion cracking tendency. It is used for condensing pipes and other corrosion-resistant parts in ships.

Hal67-2.5: good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance to sea water, corrosion-resistant parts of seagoing ships.

Hal60-1-1: high strength, slightly poor plasticity in cold state, good corrosion resistance and sensitive to corrosion cracking. It is used for various corrosion-resistant structural parts, such as gears, shafts and material sleeves.

Hal66-6-3-2: it has high strength, hardness and wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, but poor plasticity. It is a nut under large worm and heavy load working conditions.

Manganese brass strip

Hmn57-3-1: structural parts with high strength and hardness but poor plasticity and better corrosion resistance than ordinary brass.

Hmn58-2: it has good mechanical properties, low conductivity, low thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, corrosion cracking tendency, corrosion-resistant important parts and weak current industrial parts.

Hmn55-3-1: corrosion resistant structural parts.

Iron brass tape

Hfe59-1-1: high strength, good toughness, good friction reduction and high corrosion resistance. It is used to manufacture structural parts that work under corrosive conditions.

Hfe58-1-1: high strength, high hardness, poor plasticity, good machinability, good corrosion resistance, high strength corrosion resistant parts.

Silicon brass tape

HSi80-3: good mechanical properties, good machinability, easy welding and brazing, conductivity, low thermal conductivity, high corrosion resistance, no corrosion cracking tendency, marine parts, steam and water pipes and pipe fittings.

Nickel brass strip

Hni65-5: good mechanical properties, good machinability, easy welding and brazing, conductivity, low thermal conductivity, high corrosion resistance, and no corrosion cracking tendency, marine parts, steam and water pipes and fittings.

Tin bronze tape

Qsn4-3: high friction resistance, good elasticity and anti magnetism, corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, springs and various elastic elements and anti-magnetic elements of chemical equipment.

Qsn4-4-2.5: high friction resistance, good cutting performance and weldability. It is mainly used to manufacture bearing sleeves, bushes and discs working under friction conditions.

Qsn6.5-0.4: because the phosphorus content is higher than that of Qsn6.5-0.1, the anti fatigue strength, elasticity and wear resistance are all good. Besides being used as springs and wear-resistant parts, it is mainly used to manufacture wear-resistant copper nets for the paper industry.

Qsn7-0.2: high strength, elasticity, good wear resistance, good weldability and good corrosion resistance. It can be used to make parts bearing friction under medium load and medium sliding speed, such as bearings, shaft sleeves and worm gears.
